3. Free Trial & Subscription

• New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription of 100 BDT per month.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made through supported local and online payment methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad, cards, etc.).
• You are responsible for ensuring timely payments to maintain uninterrupted access.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse ApparelCost for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
• Any content you add (fabric prices, consumption, buyer information, etc.) is your responsibility.

6. Data Privacy & Security

• We respect your privacy and protect your data with secure cloud storage and encryption.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of the data you upload to ApparelCost.

8. Availability & Updates

• We may update or modify features from time to time to improve performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ApparelCost is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• We are not responsible for business losses, inaccurate data entries by users, or third-party actions.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last month.
